Kelly Sargeant, CC, CL, CCEP, currently serves as the Global Head of Ethics & Compliance Training & Communications and Senior Compliance Officer at Ericsson, where expertise lies in developing comprehensive training initiatives and communication campaigns to enhance compliance efforts. In addition, Sargeant operates Own Your Moment Consulting as a keynote speaker and public speaking coach, focusing on empowering individuals and organizations to improve their communication skills. Prior experience includes roles at McDermott International Inc. as a Trainer and Lead Compliance Investigator, where Sargeant managed various compliance systems and conducted training on critical topics. Sargeant is a veteran of the US Army, serving as a Sergeant and squad leader. Educational qualifications include certifications in compliance, legal assistance, and real estate, complemented by continuous professional development in ethics and compliance.
