Lila Kung is an experienced leader in the fields of mergers and acquisitions integration, product management, and corporate development, currently serving as Director of M&A Integration at Ericsson since June 2010. Lila has successfully built integration teams and developed corporate software collaboration tools while previously improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs in product management roles. Prior to Ericsson, Lila directed corporate development at Symantec, creating essential materials for acquisitions and establishing project management structures. Earlier experience includes advisory roles at Ernst & Young, managing business intelligence at Ericsson, operations management, and project management at Frost and Sullivan. Lila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
