Maarten Jan Dirks

Maarten Jan Dirks served as the Head of Global Service Delivery for North America at Ericsson, where they held various leadership roles including Project Management Consultant and Program Manager. Their experience spans multiple regions, having worked as Regional Delivery Manager for Managed Services in both the Middle East and India, as well as in the US. Maarten Jan began their career in the Netherlands with positions at Telfort and O2 B.V., focusing on implementation management. They contributed to Ericsson Indonesia before rising through the ranks in Ericsson’s North American and global operations.
