Micael Jacobsson

Micael Jacobsson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of TB Arch SW & Platform at Ericsson since June 2011. Micael's tenure at Ericsson includes roles as a software engineer focusing on 6G and AI-enabled RAN applications, and as a tech lead and project manager for the development of 5G RAN testbeds. Prior to Ericsson, Micael worked at ÅF as a consultant in software engineering and sales, and held project leadership positions at iNovacia AB. Additionally, Micael has experience in computational chemistry from roles at Sobi and Pharmacia Corporation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and an M.Sc. in multiple science fields from Uppsala University.
