Miguel Guedes

Miguel Guedes is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Director at Ericsson since December 2005. With extensive experience in digital transformation, change management, and artificial intelligence, Miguel has also held the role of Global Transformation Director, where responsibilities included overseeing 500 transformation projects annually with a significant budget and workforce. Prior to this, Miguel worked as a Senior Account Manager at Ericsson and as Sales and Operations Director at Huawei Technologies, leading professional services organizations and managing substantial sales in Portugal. Miguel's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, an Executive MBA from AESE Business School, a course in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an executive program in Organizational Leadership from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
