Mohammad Mozaffari

Mohammad Mozaffari is a Senior Researcher at Ericsson since July 2018, focusing on fundamental research in areas including 5G new radio (NR), UAV communications, the Internet of Things (IoT), 6G, and 3GPP standardization activities. Prior to this role, Mohammad served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech from January 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included teaching courses in Communications, Electronics, and Signals and Systems. Mohammad also gained experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary from January 2013 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Research Assistantship in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech (2015-2018), an MSc from the University of Calgary (2013-2015), and a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (2008-2012).
