Patrik Persson is an experienced leader in telecommunications, currently serving as the 6G Program Manager Director at Ericsson, where they are defining and systemizing the 6G network platform. Patrik previously held various roles at Ericsson between 2007 and 2020, including Principal Researcher and project manager, focusing on standardization and advanced antenna systems for 5G and beyond. In addition to their industry work, Patrik has contributed to academia as a docent in Electromagnetic Theory at KTH Royal Institute of Technology since 2011 and served as an associated editor for IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation from 2007 to 2013.
