Randy Rudzinski

Randy Rudzinski brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, currently serving as the IT Head of Network Security & IP Connectivity at Ericsson since 2012. In this role, Randy leads engineers in the design and installation of network solutions for a vast infrastructure supporting 23,000 users across 79 sites in the Americas. Prior positions at Ericsson include IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for resolving critical outages, and Engineering Report Design and Support Manager, where Randy developed performance reports for major clients like Verizon and AT&T. Before Ericsson, Randy held technical support management roles at Nortel Networks, providing 24/7 support and managing test centers for telecommunications products. Randy began his career as an engineer at Rockwell Automation and holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Benedictine University.
