Ravi Gedela

Ravi Gedela has extensive experience in product development, program management, and engineering within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Director of Product Development and Head of Software Engineering at Ericsson since June 1997. In this role, Ravi is a key member of the Networks Automation & Analytics Leadership for Market Area North America, responsible for advancing low-code, no-code, RPA, and data integration initiatives. Ravi has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Program Management for AT&T's 5G Launch Program, where accountability for program objectives and benefit realization was paramount. As Head of the India site for Service Delivery Applications and Platforms, Ravi managed a large team and was instrumental in driving significant cost savings across numerous customer accounts. Furthermore, extensive program management experience includes leading major transitions and transformations, notably the successful transfer of over 6,100 Sprint employees to Ericsson. Ravi's foundation in research and development was established at Qualcomm and the University of Illinois Chicago, culminating in a Master's degree in Computer Science.
