Saidur Rahman Khan has extensive experience in telecommunications and IT service delivery, currently serving as an ICT Program Director and Service Delivery Manager at Ericsson since February 2012, focusing on Agile Transformation and customer engagement. Previous roles at Ericsson include Service Line Delivery Manager overseeing Core and Cloud Digital Services and Senior Solution Architect leading cross-functional teams in telecommunications infrastructure projects. Prior to Ericsson, Saidur worked at Grameenphone Ltd, managing network design strategy and core system implementation, and held positions at Bay Phones Ltd and SAKON (BD) Ltd in network planning and management. Saidur holds a Master’s Degree in Data Communications and Network Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and two Master’s Degrees from the University of Chittagong, one in Computational and Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics.
