Shan YUE

Shan Yue is currently the Head of Capacity and Operation at Ericsson, where they focus on operational development, lean and agile methodologies, and capacity planning. With a master's degree in Data Communication from the China Academy of Telecommunication Technology, Shan has held various roles, including Project Manager at China Netcom and PMO at ST-Ericsson, where they supported program development and technical research. They also served as a Technology Lead at Fibrlink and a Product Manager at UPtech, showcasing a strong background in network planning, optimization, and project management. Shan is passionate about effective communication, continuous improvement, and empowering people.
