Shashi Thakur has a comprehensive background in transformation and strategy within the telecommunications industry, primarily at Ericsson since 2000. As Transformation Lead for Digital Services, Shashi establishes transformation goals and implements solutions to enhance customer experience and drive sustainable growth. Previous roles include Head of Tools & Automation and Head of OSS/BSS Integration in various regions, where Shashi led teams to design and deliver innovative strategies and solutions. Additionally, Shashi has experience in managing sales and delivery of multimedia solutions in the GCC region and has contributed to OSS/BSS product strategies and partnerships in the Middle East and Africa. Shashi holds a Master's degree in Computer & Software Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
