Subrata Mukherjee

Subrata Mukherjee is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and network solutions, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Sales Manager at Ericsson since June 2020, focusing on 5G network design and deployment for Verizon. Prior to this role, Subrata held the position of Senior 5G Architect at Cisco, where contributions to 3GPP standards for 5G Core played a vital role in meeting operators' global business needs. Subrata’s career at Ericsson spanned nearly two decades, beginning as a Product Manager and advancing through various positions, including Senior Solutions Architect and Technical Lead, where strategic engagement with operators and innovative solutions in VoLTE and core network design were emphasized. Subrata holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University and both a Master and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University.
