Tara Ivers

Tara Ivers is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ericsson since September 2024, Ivers previously held the same role at Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson, from March 2021 to September 2024. Ivers has also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the University of Idaho and Nelson Connects, as well as an HR Recruiting Coordinator at Cradlepoint. Earlier experience includes roles at Workday, Nelson Staffing, EPIK, Club 24 Broadmoor, and MediaZone, showcasing a diverse background in recruitment, administration, and education.
