Thiago Henrique Rachadel is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Optimize Software & Automation at Ericsson since January 2011, overseeing network design and optimization across Europe and Latin America with a focus on presales, delivery, and the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
