Thibaud Rérolle

Thibaud Rérolle is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Head of Network and Managed Services at Ericsson since February 2025, overseeing network pre-sales, service delivery, and managed services for clients across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Algeria, and Tunisia. In addition to this role, Thibaud has been working as an Executive Coach since October 2018 and recently held the position of Group CTO at Baobab Group from January 2024 to February 2025. Thibaud's prior experience includes key leadership roles such as CTIO at T-Mobile Nederland, Chief Network Officer at Vodafone Turkey, and Chief Technical Officer at Safaricom, along with various positions in network operations at Orange Spain and Orange Dominicana. Thibaud holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from Télécom Paris and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
