Toufic Tanoukhi

Toufic Tanoukhi is a Strategic Product Manager specializing in Cloud and AI at Ericsson, where they have worked since 2018. With over 27 years of experience in IT and multimedia, they possess strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, along with a deep customer focus and business acumen. Prior to their current role, Toufic held various positions at Ericsson, including ICT Service Manager and Solution Integrator, where they managed service deployments and ensured high-quality service delivery. They continue to pursue their education in Applied Science at Cuyahoga Community College and at the International College of Beirut.
