Karen Joyce Mount

Karen Joyce Mount is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical solutions architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Solutions Architect at ERI since September 2019, Karen has previously held roles at Arrow Electronics, including Technical Solutions Architect and Logistics/Value Add Engineer, from December 2012 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Process/Industrial Engineer at Redemtech and Plant Industrial Engineer at Lexmark. Karen holds a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos and has completed specialized education in Cybersecurity from Harvard University and MIT Sloan Executive Education.
