Cathy Hamilton

Cathy Hamilton currently serves as the Director of Patient Financial Services at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Cathy had an extensive tenure at Eastern Niagara Hospital from July 1999 to July 2020, where the titles included Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of Patient Accounting. Cathy also worked at Lockport Memorial Hospital as Reimbursement Director from February 1992 to July 1999 and began a career in healthcare finance at Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY as an Auditor from April 1987 to February 1992. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, obtained between 1981 and 1985, and graduated from Lockport Senior High School in 1981.
