Liise Kayler

Liise Kayler, MD, MS, FACS, serves as the Division Chief of Kidney and Pancreas Transplantation at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Liise Kayler leads a dedicated team of transplant practitioners with a focus on enhancing the patient experience in kidney and pancreas transplantation. Additionally, Liise Kayler is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University at Buffalo, also since July 2015. Academic qualifications include a specialization in Multiorgan Transplant Surgery from the University of Michigan (2000-2002) and a Master of Science in Clinical Outcomes and Statistics from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, along with medical training obtained at the University of Nevada School of Medicine (1991-1995).
