Nana Wang, PharmD, is a skilled healthcare professional with diverse experience in pharmacy and business management. Currently serving as a Hospital/Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and Transition of Care Pharmacist at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since May 2022, Nana has previously held roles including Pharmacist at Elderwood and Staff Pharmacist at UPMC, where responsibilities included verifying medication orders and preparing intravenous admixtures. As a Co-Owner and Founder of CN FOOD ENTERPRISE LLC and Co-Founder of WWC FOODIE PLUS INC, Nana demonstrated strong leadership and financial management skills while overseeing restaurant operations. Education was obtained at the University at Buffalo with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, further solidifying a solid foundation in pharmaceutical care.
