Rachael Phillips

Rachael Phillips is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in critical and acute care settings. Currently serving as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since February 2016, Rachael manages responsibilities in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit and provides care in various ICU environments. Previous nursing experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from August 2013 to February 2016, where Rachael served as a floor RN and rotating charge nurse in medical/surgical and behavioral health units. Rachael's foundational nursing experience also includes providing in-home care for elderly clients and a diverse range of roles in retail prior to entering the nursing field. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University and has completed additional nursing education at Daemen University and Niagara County Community College.
