Sarah Handley

Sarah Handley, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, is an experienced pharmacist with a diverse background in inpatient, oncology, ambulatory, and renal transplant services. Currently employed at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since November 2018, previous positions include clinical pharmacist roles at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. and Rochester Regional Health. Additional experience includes a focus on antimicrobial stewardship and decentralized clinical services at Catholic Health System, as well as medication therapy management while serving as a caseworker pharmacist. Sarah's professional journey began as a pharmacy technician at Target. Educational credentials include a PharmD from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the same institution.
