Sue McKegney

Sue McKegney is a Patient Advocate at Erie County Medical Center since June 2013. Prior to that, Sue was the Director of Client Relations at HealthTrac for 12 years. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Buffalo State University. Sue is also a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), a prestigious international designation for healthcare professionals committed to patient experience improvement.
