Tara Territo, MPA, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience in diverse healthcare and organizational settings. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since March 2022, Tara has previously held roles such as Human Resources Generalist at Chocolate Delivery Systems, Inc., and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. With a foundational career starting as a Human Resources Assistant at Elderwood, Tara has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources management. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management, both from Buffalo State University.
