Tracy Tonty has extensive experience in the banking and training sectors, currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist and Director of Training/Teller Operations at Erie Federal Credit Union since January 1995. Over 13 years, Tracy developed a comprehensive training program for new tellers and member services while supervising 42 tellers across nine branches. Prior experience includes working at The National Bank of Indianapolis from August 1993 to December 1994, handling teller transactions and foreign currency operations, and at Sallie Mae from September 1990 to January 1993, focusing on student loan processing. Tracy's educational background includes attending Mercyhurst Prep and some college, with a majority of knowledge gained through professional experience.
