Leanna Nieratko

LeAnna Nieratko is an experienced leader in the retail and food industry, currently serving as the CEO/General Manager of Erie Food Co-op since December 2016. Under LeAnna's leadership, the co-op launched the SorcErie Food Truck and implemented initiatives to enhance community engagement, environmental responsibility, and staff compensation. Prior to this role, LeAnna was a board member for National Co+op Grocers and worked as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, where significant sales increases were achieved through strategic goal setting and staff development. LeAnna's career also includes experience as an Assistant Manager at American Eagle Outfitters. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Gannon University.
