Balaji C. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Capgemini until 2002. Following that, they served as a Lead Architect at Qwest Communications from 2001 to 2006. Balaji then joined JPMorganChase as a Vice President, where they worked until 2008. Balaji then moved to McGraw-Hill, where they held the position of Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture from 2008 to 2012. Afterwards, they joined Teradata Corporation, where they served as the Practice Leader for Resiliency, Platform Engineering, Hybrid Cloud Architecture, and Data Analytics for almost a decade, until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Balaji worked as the Principal AWS Cloud Architect at Persefoni. Currently, they serve as the Director of Enterprise Cloud Architecture/Cloud Center of Excellence at Erie Insurance Group, starting in 2023.

Balaji C. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Madras in the years 1985 to 1988. In 2021, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, earning honors (Dean's List) from Pittsburg State University. Balaji C. also holds various certifications, including AWS Certified Database - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in 2023, and certifications in Google Cloud Platform, People Analytics, Augmented Reality, and Teradata on AWS. Balaji is also certified as an AWS Solution Architect and a Certified Java Architect.
