Barbara Lincoln has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Barbara started their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1981 as a Tax Manager with Audit. From there, they joined GE Capital in 1989, where they served as an Executive Corporate Global Tax Compliance, Accounting and Reengineering until 1994. Barbara then moved to Hartford Insurance in 1997, holding the position of Director/Consultant P&C Corporate Enterprise Strategic Initiatives, OED, and HR Operations until 2002. In 2005, they joined Erie Insurance Group and took on the role of Director/AVP HR Operations and OED - Organizational Effectiveness and Development. Barbara later served as the Director Sales & Agency Planning, Reporting, & Technology before assuming the position of Director Business Integration and Claims Voice of the Customer. Their final role at Erie Insurance Group was Director Customer Satisfaction & Integration - Enterprise Voice of the Customer, which they held until the time this information was provided.

Barbara Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Management Science - Statistics, from the University of Rhode Island. Barbara also has a Diploma in College Prep from McDowell & Villa Maria Academy. Additionally, Barbara has acquired the certification of CPA inactive from the State of Rhode Island and completed the Prosci Change Management program.
