Brian Morrow

Brian Morrow has a diverse work experience, starting with customer service at Splash Lagoon in 2008. Brian then worked as a certified technician at General Exterminating from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became an associate at Bello's Shurfine. Brian's professional career in IT began in 2013 when they became a quality assurance intern at Erie Insurance Group. Brian later joined MIS club as president from 2013 to 2015. Brian rejoined Erie Insurance Group as an IT apprentice in 2015, where they gained exposure to various roles in information technology. In 2016, they became a performance test engineer, where they developed and implemented performance testing strategies and utilized tools like MicroFocus Performance Center. Brian's most recent role at Erie Insurance Group is as a lead software automation engineer in test, where they focus on developing and maintaining automation testing for web and mobile applications using various tools and frameworks.

Brian Morrow received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended The University of Akron from 2010 to 2012, with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, Brian has obtained various certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional and SAP. Brian also holds certifications from Cloud Academy in areas such as Implementing Observability, Incident Management, Infrastructure Security, Infrastructure as Code, Linux Server Professional, Measuring Performance, SRE Principles and Practices, Getting Started With NGINX, and Removing Toil with Automation.
