Charity Spinelli

Charity Spinelli has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Charity worked at Erie Insurance Group from 1998 to 2020, where they held various leadership roles. As the IT Director - Chief Analyst, they were responsible for managing and developing a team of over 450 staff and contract analysts across various disciplines. Later, they became an IT Supervisor, leading teams in the Quality Management Organization and the Billing & Finance Portfolio. Charity also served as a Senior IT Analyst, focusing on quality management practices in the Personal Lines Portfolio. Additionally, Spinelli worked as an IT Analyst, gaining expertise in system integration and software testing. Charity also briefly worked as an Adjunct Professor at Mercyhurst University in 2014.

Charity Spinelli holds a Master's Degree in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Charity also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science - MIS from Mercyhurst University, obtained between 2006 and 2011. Charity's earlier education includes completing Honors & Advanced Placement Studies at East High School, where they obtained their diploma from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a certification in Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB™ - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
