Courtney Steding

Courtney Steding is a seasoned professional in human resources and career services, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Erie Insurance Group since June 2019. Concurrently, Courtney holds the role of Gallup Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since November 2018. Previous experience includes various positions at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, such as Director of Career Services and Lecturer, with a tenure from July 2011 to May 2019. Courtney's earlier career also features roles as an Advisor for the iSchool at the University of Maryland, College Park, and as an Academic Advisor at Walden University. Academic qualifications include a Master's Certificate in Organization Development and Change Operational Excellence from Penn State University, a Master's degree in Counseling from PennWest Edinboro, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Allegheny College.
