Erik Miller

Erik Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in informatics and data management within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently a Senior Solutions Engineer and previously a Senior IT Analyst at Erie Insurance Group since October 2011, Erik has designed a company agent system of record and managed critical data processes to enhance business operations. Prior to this, Erik served as Director of Informatics at Healthways, where responsibilities included leading a team in the development of a research data warehouse. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Qualmed, UPMC Health Plan, and HealthAmerica, where Erik was instrumental in improving data analysis and operational efficiency. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grinnell College.
