Heather McMahon

Heather McMahon, CPCU, CIC, AIC, has been with Erie Insurance Group since November 2003, holding various roles, including Claims Examiner, Claims Trainer, and Property Adjuster before advancing to leadership positions. As VP of Material Damage, VP & Claims Manager in both Raleigh, NC and Kentucky, and Sr. Claims Supervisor, Heather has demonstrated expertise in claims management, strategic oversight, performance evaluation, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Insurance Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Mercyhurst University.
