Jacob Aldridge

Jacob Aldridge has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Apprentice Technician at KEN GANLEY NISSAN, INC. from May 2016 to December 2017. Jacob then became a Manager at Fork in the Road from September 2016 to April 2019, where they led a small team and ensured efficient operations. Aldridge then joined Erie Insurance Group, starting as an IT Analyst Intern from May 2019 to January 2020, where they worked on test data management and assisted in a data masking tool Proof of Concept. Jacob then became an Associate Analyst for the Disaster Recovery team from January 2020 to June 2020, optimizing processes and improving efficiency in disaster recovery exercises. Aldridge's next role at Erie Insurance Group was as an Associate Software Engineer within the Mobile App Development team from June 2020 to May 2021, where they contributed to the development of the company's first mobile app. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Lead - Cloud Platform Engineer at Erie Insurance Group since May 2021.

Jacob Aldridge has a Master's degree in Data Science (Big Data and Machine Learning) from Mercyhurst University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics (Probability and Statistics Concentration) from Kent State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degrees, Jacob also holds certifications in Mendix Rapid Developer and Essential Skills for Business Analysis from Mendix and Netmind, respectively, both obtained in 2020.
