Jeffrey Hileman

Jeffrey Hileman's work experience includes serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at Erie Insurance Group since October 2021. Jeffrey previously worked as a Marketing Communications Consultant at the same company since July 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Director for University Communications at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania from October 2012 to July 2017.

Before working at the university, Hileman worked at Erie Times-News/GoErie.com, where they served as the Managing Editor for Features, Copy Editor, and Reporter from May 1988 to June 2008, and as the Managing Editor for New Media from June 2008 to October 2012. Jeffrey Hileman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between the years of 1976 and 1980.
