Jonathan Korb

Jonathan Korb has a comprehensive work experience that spans over two decades. Jonathan started their career at Northwest Pennsylvania Technical Institute (NPTI)/Business Retention Technologies (BRT) in 1997, where they served as a Support Supervisor/Software Developer until 2000. Jonathan then joined Erie Insurance Group in 2000 and held various roles, including Programmer Analyst to Lead Software Engineer, Enterprise Solution Architect, Service Level Engineer, and Solution Architecture Practice Lead. Jonathan's extensive experience in multiple positions demonstrates their versatility and expertise in the field of technology and software development.

Jonathan Korb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, obtained in 1998. Jonathan also has additional certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation (obtained in 2014) and Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International (obtained in 2007).
