Jorie Novacek

Jorie Novacek began their work experience as an Assurance Senior at EY in 2003. Jorie then moved on to become the Manager of Fiscal Services at Parma Hospital from 2005 to 2008. In 2012, they joined Erie Insurance Group as an Accounting Policy and Internal Controls Supervisor and later became the Financial Reporting & Reinsurance Accounting Supervisor. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Financial Reporting and in 2019, they became the Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Reporting. Currently, Jorie is serving as the SVP & Controller at Erie Insurance Group since March 2022.

Jorie Novacek earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Baldwin Wallace University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mount Union from 1990 to 1994. Jorie also holds a CPA certification.
