Kristen Brown

Kristen Brown has a diverse work experience. Kristen began their career at MAXIMUS as a Consultant in July 2004 and worked there until November 2005. Kristen then joined Railpower LLC in December 2005 as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. After Railpower was purchased by R.J. Corman Railroad Group, Kristen was hired by the new LLC formed - Railpower, LLC. Kristen worked there until January 2016. In January 2016, Kristen joined Erie Insurance Group as a Business Initiatives Consultant and later became a Strategy Manager in September 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Marketing Operations at Erie Insurance Group starting from November 2020.

Kristen Brown holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University, completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in International Business and Relations from Mercyhurst University in 2003. Kristen's high school education was completed at McDowell High School, where they earned a Diploma in 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing and ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading with Agility from ICAgile, both in 2023. Kristen also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from the Insurance Agents & Brokers, earned in 2018.
