Matthew Oldach

Matthew Oldach has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Matthew started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Platoon Leader and later as an Executive Officer, receiving accolades for their leadership and operational skills. After leaving the military, Oldach worked at GE Transportation as a Program Manager, overseeing complex projects and contributing to the overall business strategy. Matthew also served as a Global Commodity Leader, managing significant budgets and driving cost savings. In their most recent role at Erie Insurance Group, Oldach held various positions, including IT Director and Information Technology Program Manager, where they led teams, developed long-term strategies, and managed programs supporting the organization's goals. Throughout their career, Oldach has demonstrated leadership, achieved exceptional performance, and delivered positive outcomes in their roles.

Matthew Oldach received their Bachelor of Science degree in American Legal Systems and Information Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Matthew later pursued an MBA in Management at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained certifications including an Emerging Leaders Conference certification from the American Property Casualty Insurance Association and Insurance Careers Movement in 2022, as well as a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from GE in 2015.
