Brian P. Flynn

Brian P. Flynn has over a decade of experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Process Engineer at ERIE STEEL, LTD. since February 2017. Prior to this role, Flynn worked at Libbey Inc. from August 2014 to February 2017, initially as BFLI Supervisor and later as Batch and Furnace Design Engineer. Flynn began their career at Libbey Inc. as a Design Engineering Intern in 2013, and previously completed an Operations Engineer Co-Op at Ohio Willow Wood in 2012 and a Surface Treatment Internship at O-I in 2011. Flynn earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Executive Management from The University of Toledo and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
