Erika Pugh

Erika Pugh is a Senior Investment Associate at Erie Street Growth Partners since 2023, with prior experience at Heyday from 2021 to 2023 in Growth & Investments focused on beauty and personal care. Between 2019 and 2021, Erika served as an Investment Analyst at BDT & Company, LLC, providing advice and capital to family- and founder-led businesses. Erika also gained experience in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2018, specifically within the Global Healthcare Group, and worked as a Program Assistant at The Russian American Foundation in 2015. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance (B.S.), Russian Language (B.A.), and a minor in Global and International Studies from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State, along with additional educational experiences in Russia and France.
