Gina Gauthier

Gina Gauthier serves as Chief Of Staff in the Office of the Chairman/CEO at Erie Street Growth Partners since December 2021. Previously, Gauthier held the Chief of Staff position at OS Fund from June 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing accounting, legal entity creation, benefits, payroll, facilities, and marketing functions for both the fund and its single-family office. Gauthier's prior experience encompasses roles as Executive Consultant, Engagement Manager, Project and Administration Analyst, and Director of Member Services across various organizations, including Kaplan Performance Solutions and FoundersCard. Gauthier holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Purdue Global and a Bachelor's and Associate degree from New York University.
