Suzanne Hamilton

Suzanne Hamilton has had a diverse career in the financial and real estate sectors. Suzanne most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at ERIEBANK, starting in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at First Federal Lakewood from 2013 to 2019. Other notable roles include Vice President of Finance at NAI Daus, Principal at Pro CRE, LLC, and Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Huntington National Bank. Suzanne has also held positions at Broadlands Financial Group, Charter One Bank, Huntington National Bank, and Provident Financial Group, where they gained experience in sales, relationship management, and portfolio management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in structuring banking solutions, underwriting and evaluating projects, and developing and managing loan portfolios.

Suzanne Hamilton pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration/Finance at Otterbein University from 1986 to 1989. Suzanne then continued their education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing, completing their studies from 1989 to 1991.
