Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President - International Operations & Business Development at Eriez, starting from 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO & Managing Partner at ENgage Asia Management Solutions, providing management consulting services in Asian operations and partnerships.

Eric also served as the Executive Vice President at Robertshaw from June 2020 to December 2021. Eric worked as the Business Unit Head (Interim) at CentroMotion - China from October 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they were the Managing Director (Interim) at Eriez China, where they supported the US management team and evaluated the state of the business units and operations in China.

Eric's previous roles include Director of Development - Asia Pacific at USA Investco, President and Business Unit Head at Oerlikon Drive Systems, Deputy General Manager and General Manager at General Cable/Phelps Dodge International Corporation, General Manager at DelStar Technologies, Inc., and Technical Services Manager - Far East at Select Systems International/Matmarket.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, business development, operations management, and consulting.

Eric Nelson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literature at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1986 to 1990. In 1988 to 1989, they pursued a Junior Year Abroad program at Beijing Normal University, focusing on Mandarin Chinese. Following this, Eric pursued an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1992 to 1994, specializing in Operations Management and International Marketing.
