Regional Sales Director - North Africa, Middle East & South Asia at Eriez

Subhasis Das has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Subhasis is currently the Regional Sales Director for North Africa, Middle East, and South Asia at Eriez, a position they have held since 2023. From 2012 to 2023, they worked at FLSmidth as the Deputy General Manager for Capital Sales, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, and South Asia. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Manager at CEMTEC Cement and Mining Technology GmbH from 2009 to 2012. Subhasis also worked at Tega Industries as a Product Line Manager from 2007 to 2009, and as a Business Analyst at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2007. Starting their career in 1999, Subhasis worked as a Design Engineer at Rahee Group until 2003 and then as a Track Specialist at Asiakom - Asia Communication & Electronic until 2004. Overall, Subhasis has demonstrated expertise in sales, management, and engineering throughout their career.

Subhasis Das has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Great Lakes Institute of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering (AMIE) from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata. Subhasis also completed their Higher Secondary Examination at The Vivekananda Institution in Howrah.

In addition to their formal education, Subhasis has obtained various certifications. These include certifications in Mining, Minerals, Metals and Materials Society of India from 4MSI in May 2022, Mining Engineers Association of India from MEAI in April 2022, Business Leaders and Leading Others from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in July 2018 and June 2018 respectively. Subhasis has also obtained certifications in Conceptual & Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group in June 2017, Situational Leadership from The Centre for Leadership Studies UK in June 2017, Sales Mastery, Strategic Sales Negotiation & Value Selling from Mercuri International in May 2015, JK Simmet from the Sustainable Minerals Institute in November 2008, and Health & Safety from KTMB in May 2003.
