Karen Pawsat, SPHR, SHRM-SCP serves as the COO and CHRO at Erigo Employer Solutions since August 2021, and has been Vice President at Messer Construction Co. since 2013, leading the People Operations Team to align human resources with business strategy. Pawsat previously worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant from August 2006 to April 2013, focusing on enhancing individual health and the financial viability of employee benefit programs amidst healthcare reform challenges. Earlier roles include serving as a Regional Sales Manager at United Healthcare from 2004 to 2006, overseeing major market self-funded businesses across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, emphasizing revenue growth and product development. Pawsat holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
