Carl Rinaldi

Carl Rinaldi is the Owner/Operator of Day One Performance LLC, aiming to redefine individuals' relationships with themselves. With a background in project management and service roles at Erika Record Baking Equipment and experience as the CEO of Swoldiers LLC, a sports supplement manufacturer, Carl brings a diverse skill set to the table. Previously, Carl has served as a Site Service Technician at Volvo Construction Equipment, Site Safety and Security Supervisor at PSEG, and held roles in the United States Marine Corps. Currently pursuing education in nutrition and healthy living at Cornell University, Carl also holds certifications in strength and conditioning, sports nutrition specialization, and as a personal trainer from Lionel University.
