Richard den Boer

Richard den Boer has extensive work experience in project management and program management roles. Richard currently serves as the Program Manager Retrofit Alkmaar at ERIKS Nederland, where they are responsible for scaling up production capacity and implementing various projects. Prior to that, they worked as the Program Manager CAPEX at Mehler Texnologies, overseeing multiple capital expenditure projects. Richard also served as the Senior Project Manager at Low & Bonar, where they managed all projects at two production facilities. Richard has also worked as a Project Director at TSHD Scald BV and as a Project Manager at Oiltanking Amsterdam BV, where they were responsible for tank maintenance and developed asset management plans. Richard has held leadership positions at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services and Endoxa BV, where they were responsible for project management and served as a mentor to project managers. Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Senior Risk Manager at Imtech NV/Imtech Projects and as a Project Manager at Washington International/Raytheon E&C/Badger BV. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in project management, asset management, risk management, and program organization.

Richard den Boer attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1988. Richard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Business administration during their time there.
