Marcus Bandi is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in business process analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at XMEK since June 2006, Marcus focuses on process analysis, development, and improvement initiatives, particularly in warehouse operations. Previous roles at XMEK include ERP Process Lead, Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Project Coordinator, where Marcus has successfully led projects to unify ERP systems and enhance inventory management. Prior to XMEK, Marcus worked as a Sales Marketing Administrator at Smithco Engineering, managing customer inquiries and project proposals. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Tulsa.
